Each time you clean your print head, excess waste ink is collected in the maintenance box. Eventually the maintenance box reaches is service limit and needs to be replaced.

Replacing the maintenance box is easy, just follow the instructions below.

• Turn your printer off and remove the power cable
• When looking at the rear of the printer, remove the screw that secures the cover panel on the left hand side.
• Remove the cover panel.
• Remove the old maintenance box by sliding it out.
• Insert the new maintenance box into the printer.
• Replace the cover panel and secure with the screw
• Replace the power cable and turn your printer back on.
