Fast shipping, minor issue Postage was impressively quick, which is always a plus. However, I was disappointed that the tumblers arrived with the rubber bases already attached. This setup isn’t ideal for sublimation work in an oven or air-fryer. Aside from that, the shopping experience was smooth, and the fast shipping shows great service.Posted on Google
Underground Action2 October 2026I’m a sucker for great customer service and that’s exactly what I got from Andrew!! He spent over an hour teaching me all about the press I purchased, he ran through all the things I needed to know about HTV. I walked out 2K lighter and happily so.. great work manPosted on Google
TANNI DEE24 September 2026If I could give Andrew @ Picture Perfect Products 10 stars I would!! His customer service is next level and he has gone above and beyond in taking the time to give me much needed guidance and information on choosing the best heat press to accommodate my needs. If more people were like Andrew, making important decisions in business would definitely be much easier!! I could not recommend Picture Perfect Products more highly😊Posted on Trustindex

Thank you for the wonderful customer service. I cannot recommend Andrew highly enough. He offered such a wonderful service with advice and assistance as well. The images arrived so quickly with such vibrant colours and they printed beautifully on my products. I was so delighted with the end result. I felt so sad when I found out that Terry had retired and sold the business, but I have since discovered that Andrew is every bit as helpful. I hope to order a lot more products from him in the future.Posted on Google

Don’t touch their DTF products. Wasted $7,500 on a printer that was out of order more times than it actually worked. Printer ended up in landfill. Imported a decent one myself from overseas and haven’t had a single issue with it in 6 months. Terry was extremely rude and condescending when dealing with. Glad he’s gone, hope the new owners are better to deal with.Posted on Facebook

Will definitely be a return customer.Posted on TrustindexTheresa24 July 2024a bundle of presses finally set up my new presses. just got a new hat press, pen press and tumbler press. to add to my galaxy press collection. love!Posted on TrustindexRachel Sandbrook9 May 2024Adhesive and HTV Vinyl's SUPER fast delivery - like I mean SPEEDY. Beautiful products - both adhesive AND HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl). Most patterns were bright, vibrant and utterly gorgeous - reasonable prices. Only disappointments were two out of the pile of vinyl's I bought (one called Galaxy, forget what the other one was called) for some reason just weren't as vibrant or as good quality as all the other vinyl's - looked pixelated and bad quality which was unfortunate because they were both a higher cost than the others I'd bought so I'd expected better.Posted on Facebook
