How do you order?

Start by selecting your desired print size. Next, use our Gang Sheet Builder to upload your artwork and arrange on the page. Click the image on the right to watch a short video on how to use the Gang Sheet Builder.

Once you’ve finished, submit your design and add the required number of prints to your cart. If you’ve purchased our smaller sizes in bulk, your discount will be applied at checkout.

If you prefer to design your own files, you can skip the Gang Sheet Builder and upload your files instead – just make sure your file dimensions match the print size you’re purchasing.

Important Tips to get great results!

What we see is what is printed. Make sure backgrounds are removed, and don’t forget to check the enclosed space of letters if your design has text. If you’re using our Gang Sheet Builder, use the +/- buttons at the top right to zoom in for a closer look, and the transparency grid toggle at the bottom to change the background to different colours, which can help you identify any area’s that may still contain backgrounds that you don’t want printed.

Check for lines that are too thin. These could be fine lines in graphics which have no background, lines that taper to a fine point or even the fine elements of certain fonts. Any printed elements must be at least 0.5mm thick to ensure enough ink and adhesive can be applied during the production process.

Be mindful of semi-transparent elements. Design elements that fade from a solid colour to transparent, or have a semi-transparent ‘glow’ around the edges can print inconsistently. Avoid these elements if possible, otherwise minimise the effect by reducing the level of transparency. Ordering a sample in a smaller size to test is recommended if incorporating these elements in your designs is a must.

Use large, high resolution images. Unless your artwork is vectorised, increasing the size of an image will result in reduced quality – things like blurry-ness, blotchy colours and jagged curves.  Images should be a minimum of 300dpi to ensure crisp clear results. If you see a triangle with ! – this is warning you that your resolution is too low and may result in a poorer quality print.

Don’t draw outside the lines. If you’re using our Gang Sheet Builder, the maximum size of your print is already setup when you open the builder from the product page of the print you wish to purchase. If you’ve pre-prepared your own sheet to upload, make sure the dimensions of the print are not greater than the size of the print you are purchasing.
