The images arrived so quickly with such vibrant colours and they printed beautifully on my products. I was so delighted with the end result. I felt so sad when I found out that Terry had retired and sold the business, but I have since discovered that Andrew is every bit as helpful. Don’t touch their DTF products. Wasted $7,500 on a printer that was out of order more times than it actually worked. Printer ended up in landfill. Imported a decent one myself from overseas and haven’t had a single issue with it in 6 months. Terry was extremely rude and condescending when dealing with. Adhesive and HTV Vinyl's SUPER fast delivery - like I mean SPEEDY. Beautiful products - both adhesive AND HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl). Most patterns were bright, vibrant and utterly gorgeous - reasonable prices. Only disappointments were two out of the pile of vinyl's I bought (one called Galaxy, forget what the other one was called) for some reason just weren't as vibrant or as good quality as all the other vinyl's - looked pixelated and bad quality which was unfortunate because they were both a higher cost than the others I'd bought so I'd expected better.Posted on Trustindex
