DTF Station Seismo L16 Powder Shaker + Curing Oven

The DTF Station Seismo L16 Powder Shaker + Curing Oven is a fully featured solution to complement the DTF Station L2 Printer. Featuring an intuitive touch screen interface, you get precise control over all aspects of powder application, shaking and curing. Designed for high volume workflows, the Seismo L16 can store up to 3hrs of powder and requires less operator supervision, providing improved productivity for both smaller and larger scale operations. With the included L2 Air Purifier, you can be assured that you have a safe working environment even when performing high volume production.

Other features include:

• Large Media Width: The Seismo L16 has a large maximum media width of 45cm / 18″, allowing for the printing of larger designs without any issues. This feature provides greater design flexibility and allows printing on a wider range of materials.
• Precise Control: The Seismo L16 comes with an intuitive touch screen control system, allowing process control over all aspects of the production process. Precisely control the temperature of the Front Plate, Curing Oven, Rear Dryer and Cooler, the rate of poweder application and the shaking strength.
• Intelligent Sensor System: With the intelligent sensor system in place, the Seismo L16 ensures stable curing quality. Film will automatically advance as required, with the heating elements automatically cooling and heating as needed to reduce power consumption.
• Conveyor and Suction System: The conveyor and suction system on the Seismo L16 make it easier to feed the initial film into the machine, reducing film waste, setup time and effort. This feature improves overall efficiency and reduces the chances of film misalignment or errors.
• Powder Filling Box: The powder filling box on the Seismo L16 provides a convenient way to refill the powder without causing any mess or spillage. This saves time, ensures even powder application, and improves overall efficiency.
• Easy Maintenance: The Seismo L16  is easy to maintain, with simple cleaning procedures that can be completed quickly. This feature reduces downtime, ensures that the machine is always in optimal condition, and extends the lifespan of the machine.
• DTF Station L2 Purifier external Air Purifier included. This high capacity Air Purifier ensure that you maintain a safe working environment during high volume printing. The Activated Carbon & HEPA Filter delivers a filtration rate of 99.97% whilst maintaining a whisper quiet noise level of <50db.

What’s Included?

When purchasing your Seismo L16 with a DTF Station Printer, Delivery, Installation and Training is included for locations within 100km of Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane CBD. For locations outside 100km, additional charges apply. If you’d like to purchase the Seismo L16 without a printer, contact us for a delivery quote.

A 12 Month Warranty is also provided with the DTF Station Seismo L16. Unlike many DTF Printer suppliers, you’ll have access to Australian based remote after-sales support to ensure help is at hand, with on-site support also available in most locations along the east coast (additional costs apply).

DTF Station inks, films, cleaning and maintenance fluids are specifically designed to work with DTF Station Printers. The use of non-DTF Station consumables can damage the printing system and may void your warranty and limit your technical support.
